The whole business model

Marketplaces take a percentage. We take a coin.

A percentage cut punishes the expert for being good at their job — the better the work, the bigger the invoice, the more the platform takes. Ours does not move. ₹20 on a ₹500 haircut. ₹20 on a ₹50,000 wedding shoot.

Because we never hold the service amount, there is no escrow, no settlement delay and no payout queue. The expert is paid by the customer, on the spot.

How a booking works

Five steps, and one of them is the reason people trust it.

    Describe the job and let experts come to you, or go straight to the catalogue and pick someone yourself. Ninety-six services are live across more than thirty categories.

  2. STEP 02

    Matched by pincode

    Discovery is local by default. Experts who actually cover your pincode surface first — not someone three districts away who will never turn up.

  3. STEP 03

    Talk before you commit

    Chat in the app, compare packages and add-ons, agree the price. Nothing is booked until you say so, and the whole exchange stays on the record.

  4. STEP 04 · THE LOCK

    A six-digit code closes it

    When the booking is accepted, a completion code lands in your app. The expert cannot mark the job done until you read it out — which is the single mechanism that makes the rest of it trustworthy.

  5. STEP 05

    Both sides rate

    You rate the expert, the expert rates you. Reputation cuts both ways, which keeps both ends of the marketplace honest.

Listing is where the subscription goes. The ₹20 per booking is paid by the customer, not taken out of the expert's fee — and if the bookings don't arrive, the subscription is refunded.

The code closes the job

A booking cannot be marked complete on the expert's word alone. The customer holds a six-digit code and the job stays open until it is entered.

Ratings run both ways

Customers rate experts and experts rate customers. A marketplace where only one side is scored eventually drives the good workers off it.

The conversation stays in the app

Quotes, changes of plan and confirmations live in one thread, so there is a record of what was agreed if anything is disputed.
